Can you feel the hint of fall in the air? Starting out the day with a warm sweater, then shedding it during the afternoon, only to cuddle back up in it for evening. A familiar routine for the Pacific Northwest. Almost time to head up to the attic and bring down the fall decorations. I love fall!
Much of my garden is past prime now, and I didn’t get much, photographically speaking, to show for it this growing season. I was pleased, however, to watch this blue treasure develop to maturity in my front yard. I think this is the third Hydrangea I have tried to grow in this spot. Finally, a small reward for my perseverance….
